Dean helped design www.bigfoottraveller.com ten years ago. It was the first fully-fledged Chinese web-based travel magazine in the region. Then, five years ago the site underwent a complete revamp. As the site interacts with third parties (such as social media platforms), we don't expect the site to be functioning well all the time (like plumbing or electrical issues in your house). There have been minor hiccups once in a while - Facebook counter not showing, IG feed couldn't refresh itself, some content went missing... Dean quickly and efficiently solved these. Then there were plugin security issues that only Dean was aware of. You can count on Dean; he offers peace of mind. We engaged Dean to revamp our website last year and he was so good that we have signed on his maintenance package till 2019!
