We engaged Dean to revamp our website last year and he was so good that we have signed on his maintenance package till 2019! Dean helped design www.bigfoottraveller.com ten years ago. It was the first fully-fledged Chinese web-based travel magazine in the region. Then, five years ago the site underwent a complete revamp. Once again, Dean did an exceptional job. We have engaged with Dean in a retainer basis since the debut of the web-zine. As the site interacts with third parties (such as social media platforms), we don't expect the site to be functioning well all the time (like plumbing or electrical issues in your house).
